Live Streaming Online Yoga Classes

Online Yoga classes are a fantastic way for you to practice anywhere using any connected device, bringing the yoga studio into the comfort of your home.

Online classes will be for all abilities and levels, and you will be able to choose from ten classes per week.

There will be a choice of “pay as you flow” or “monthly unlimited” with Julia, with classes being registered online up to four week in advance.

Online Yoga Classes with Julia

If you have been a student at my Monday, Thursday, Friday evenings or Saturday morning classes, my aim is to re-create these on” live-stream” exactly as you remember them.

I will be offering new classes including Chair Yoga, Alignment-based Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga, and also look to include meditation sessions, Yoga Nidra and chanting if there is interest.

Weekly schedule

Classes will be £6 each “pay as you flow”, or £50 per month for an unlimited number of classes.  Class payments can be made using the online class payments form.

Monday Classes:

12:00 – Dynamic Yoga

Are you my usual Monday student? This is a re-creation of the class which we have been practicing together. Few Sun Salutations, strong standing poses and safe inversions to play with. Practice of Ujjaji and Kapalabhati breathing technique during.

19:00 – Flow & Restore

This class is for all levels especially for those who like a flow sequences. Flow class to warm up the body and mixture of Hatha poses and finishing off with a long Savasana or Restorative pose to restore your body and mind.

Tuesday Classes:

10:00 – Begin your Yoga with Julia

For all students who are at the beginning of their yoga journey. We will take is slow and ‘go back basics’ to really understand the foundation of poses. We add basic breathing techniques and we will use support of props – whatever you have at home i.e. a chair or block, blankets.

18:30 – Flow & Restore

This class is for all levels especially for those who like a flow sequences. Flow class to warm up the body and mixture of Hatha poses and finishing off with a long Savasana or Restorative pose to restore your body and mind.

Thursday Classes:

10:00 – Alignment-based Slow Flow

Focus on alignment throughout this slow flow practice. Good alignment keeps your joints in their proper positions and allow you to transitioning into next pose safely.

18:30 – Healing Hatha & Yin

Friday Classes:

10:00 – Wake up and Flow

To wake you up with San Salutations, follow by a strong flow using Ujjaji breath to support you in transition of asanas.

18:00 – Stay Yin on Friday night with Julia

In this class, we will take super slow and will be practicing in stillness. To support your nervous system with Restorative and meditative Yin poses including 5 mins meditation. Get ready yoga bolsters ( if have ) 2-3 blankets, 2 cushions to support you during this self- indulging practice.

Saturday Classes:

9:30 – Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow class with strong standing poses and try to incorporate some inversion during the session.
