One to One Personalised Yoga Sessions
Originally, yoga has been mainly taught by a teacher in a private settings on One to One basis. One to One session would be tailored to a person needs, their health, body types and lifestyle. These days, group yoga classes might be more popular but are not for everyone.
If you are interested in a more personalised approach and go deeper with your practice then Private One to One Session will be for you.
Private One to One sessions are great if you:
- are a beginner in yoga and need more basics before joining group classes
- like to improve your health and well-being with personalised sequence
- suffer from pains, are recovering from injury, trauma, or personal difficulties
- are not comfortable in group settings
- are very busy and can’t make regular studio classes and would prefer your own time to suit
- want to take your practice to deeper level, learn more from yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, mediation
One to One Personalised Yoga Sessions are designed for you and you only.
I highly recommend Julia, whether your new to yoga or more advanced. Since starting one-to-one sessions, my strength, suppleness and range of movement has improved massively. She always adapts our sessions to reflect how I am feeling on any particular day and we’ve slowly been working towards goals that I never thought I’d be able to achieve. What to expect from your One to One Session
You can book an initial one-off 75 minute yoga session, this includes your mini consultation which should take about 15mins. We will have a chat about your needs, goals and what would like to achieve or explore through yoga.
You will get familiar with my style of teaching, how we will work together in future and what to expect. There is no obligation for you to commit to further sessions.
Your Personalised One to One Yoga Session
Your personalised One to One session will last 75mins. It will include a variety of choices depending on what you need and how you feel on the day.
Sessions might include:
- breathing techniques
- healing hatha sequences
- mindful movements to release tension
- energising flow asanas
- mudra ( hand movements )
- restorative poses
- yin poses
- deep relaxation in Savasana
Where would private sessions be held
My One to One Teaching are mainly online. However, if you prefer face to face sessions, I can hire studio @Bedford Heights where I normally teach group classes in Bedford. There will be additionally charge for a hire of the studio. I also offer hybrid One to One sessions where you can choose partly in the studio and partly online.
One drop in private yoga session is £38 which normally lasts for 75 minutes.
A package of 6 sessions can be purchased for £215 and a package of 12 sessions for £420. I also teach couples. Email me directly for prices on one to one 12 sessions and couples yoga session prices. Or, anything you would like ask prior your first yoga session with me.
For each personalised session, I allow 75mins ( as opposed to 60mins in group settings ) which during that extra 15mins, we might incorporate Yin or Restorative pose, longer breathing technique, meditation or longer super deluxe Savasana – whatever your body, mind might need the most on that particularly day.
