Abdominal breathing awareness and core strength

Bring awareness to your breath and movement throughout the practice as well as engagement in your core muscles with these simple movements on the mat.

Allow your body to be comfortable when lying down and focus on your abdomen expansion on in-breath and gentle contraction on out-breath. Allow these few conscious breaths to relax your body, your mind, feeling the support from your breath.

Prepare: a couple of cushions and mat
