Morning Yoga Classes with Julia K Yoga

Did you know that Morning Yoga is more energising than a cup of coffee?

I have never been morning person, but after regular wake up practice and teachings, I began loving energizing feeling with more focused mind afterwards. There is something satisfying once you finished your morning yoga. A sort of achievement at the beginning of the day. It feels so empowering. It lifts your mood, brings a positive, calm and clear mind. Enhances your flexibility and brings more balance into your body and focus into your day.

All morning classes are flow based Vinyasa style sequences, mixture between standing, balancing, monthly focus on some challenging poses including breathing techniques. Saturday mornings are usually more movement, around the mat in a circular pattern, much like a shape of Mandala itself.

Morning Online Classes 

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays at 7.30am – 45mins
  • Saturdays at 9.00am – 45mins

Morning in-person Classes 

  • Summer Sunday Park Yoga at 9.00am

Fantastic friendly yoga class. Clear verbal instruction and care and attention given to class members. Julia suggests alternative positions if required. Love my Thursday morning class
