International Yoga Day

Join Julia for International Yoga Day on the 21st June 2020, there are two session, register for Summer Wake up Slow Yoga Flow at 10am and Healing Hatha & Yin at 5pm

When we practice yoga, we look after ourselves; mentally, physically and emotionally. We create a senses of peace within ourselves as well as we are able to spread kindness, compassion and peace to others. We feel more content with ourselves, we feel stronger and not just physically but mentally too, we accept ourselves as we are ( the good and the bad of us ) and, equally continuously working on ourselves to listen to our authentic inner voice, to reconnect to our true nature and discover the sense of oneness with ourselves.

Bedford Borough Council put together schedule ‘Yoga in your Home’ for International Yoga Day. Please join me on the mat, on this wonderful day to celebrate yoga.

International Yoga day 2020 – Yoga at home  

I will be providing two FREE online yoga sessions for International Yoga Day on Saturday 21st June 2020. You will need to pre-register using the links below. Both classes have separate links for registration. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. As we are expecting more students on that day, it might take us a little while to settle in. Summer Wake up Slow Yoga Flow at 10am

Wake up and flow with me and explore movements with these creative yoga poses in slow flow to balance your summer energy to create overall balance and harmony in the body and mind.

Aimed to all levels.

Healing Hatha & Yin at 5pm

Evening summer session of a mixture of balancing and standing yoga poses with breathing in focus. Also, yin passive poses targeting connective tissues, to slow down and giving a space to turn inward and tune into both mind and physical sensation in the body.  Yoga props suggestion (2x pillows, 2x yoga blocks or hard cover books the same size or yoga bolster) which will support your body throughout this practice.
