Live-streaming Class Schedule ( including Yoga in the Park during Summer )
I am so glad live-streaming is available to us all. To connect with one another, to continue practicing together, to see familiar faces and meet new students through this virtual world – I am so grateful for.
I would like to invite you to join me to online classes which they have been running since UK lockdown and feeling comfortably settled. See the schedule below and choose a class ( each class runs for 60mins ) which speaks to you the most or email me before registering to discuss your suitability or anything else. Would love to hear from you.
I also do One 2 One online private yoga if need more personalised practice with more attention to your needs.
Classes are available to register online up to four weeks in advance, payments can be made using the online class payments form.

10:00 – Dynamic Yoga
Are you my usual Monday student? This is a re-creation of the class which we have been practicing together. Few Sun Salutations, strong standing poses and safe inversions to play with. Breathing in focus and try different breathing technique during.
19:00 – Flow & Restore
This class is for all levels especially for those who like a flow sequences. Flow class to warm up the body and mixture of Hatha poses and finishing off with a long Savasana or Restorative pose to restore your body and mind.
18:30 – Nurturing Flow & Restore – ‘Yoga in the Park’ ( summer only )
This class is for all levels especially for those who like a flow sequences. Flow class with slow paced to warm up the body and mixture of Hatha poses and finishing off with a long Savasana or Restorative pose to restore your body and mind.
10:00 – Alignment-based Slow Flow – ‘Yoga in the Park’ ( summer only )
Focus on alignment throughout this slow flow practice. Good alignment keeps your joints in their proper positions and allow you to transitioning into next pose safely. Yoga blocks and yoga belt really helps to create your own correct alignment.
18:30 – Healing Hatha & Yin – ‘Yoga in the Park’ ( summer only )
Mixture of seating and balancing poses to create a heat in the body, and yin poses to really stretch the deep connective tissue in the body; holding poses for longer period of several minutes to release a deeply held tension of the stagnant or blocked energy.
10:00 – Wake up and Flow
To wake you up with a few San Salutations, follow by a strong flow using Ujjaji breath to support you in transition of asanas. Prepare to sweat and working through inversions.
9:30 – Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow class with strong standing and balancing poses and few inversion will be included during the session. Think of softness in the body and, fluidity in transitions between poses. Prepare to feel super energised afterwards. Mandala yoga practice has been our favorite during the lockdown.
10:30 – Sunday Morning Gentle Flow – ‘Yoga in the Park’ ( summer only )
Sunday morning classes will be gentle with slow movements, focusing on breathing for longer in each pose. You will feel calm, peaceful and well balanced. Join us for connection and Suitable for all.
