Spring Weekend Yoga Retreat at West Lexham, Norfolk

Spring is a time for renewal and awakening. To feel fresh, energetic and youthful in the body and awaken creative possibility in the mind.
I would like you to immerse yourself to the full weekend of yoga and mindfulness retreat with me.
Our yoga throughout will be creative and gentle, soft and mindful, slow movements to allow a time for reflection, connectivity, exploration and depth.
We will be staying in the magical Norfolk location surrounded with natural energy and wildlife. A place for connectivity, reflection and healing.
There will be a time for walks around the enchanting grounds and lake, to have a moment in a beautiful sanctuary for meditation, or spend time reading, talking with other mindful souls, or just taking quiet time for yourself, a place that offers space, tranquility and peace.
A weekend for renewal, and awakening within your practice and yourself.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga will be provided by myself, we will be practicing in the beautiful Barn or grounds if weather permits. Morning Vinyasa slow flow, healing Hatha at lunchtime, slow gentle movements, Yin, Restorative yoga in evenings and meditation.
The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfortable beds, and all are en-suite. Sharing with a friend or other mindful soul on retreat. We also have a spacious open plan space in the barn for yoga and separate space to chill out, to read, and to connect with one another, in the lounge area.

A wonderful retreat the place was stunning and so relaxing . The food was wonderful and Julia’s yoga twice daily was uplifting in the morning and restorative and relaxing in the evening . She was always on hand to suppport and help in any way possible . We also enjoyed the beautuful gardens and a moon lit walk . The fellow yogi’s were so lovely the whole weekend was made up of laughter rest and wonderful yoga and meditation . Leaving us rejuvinated and restored. I would deff recommend Julia K Yoga 👍💯 xx
