So excited to share with you upcoming weekend retreat in early spring at the beautiful West Lexham in Norfolk on the 11th – 13th March 2022. A place for connectivity, reflection and healing. Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk setting in idyllic heaven of wildlife and natural energy.

Two nights of yoga and mindfulness in this special sustainable place, allowing for more exploration, rejuvenation and depth.

Enjoy walks around the enchanting grounds and lake, a beautiful sanctuary for meditation, spend time reading, talking with other mindful souls, or just taking quiet time for yourself, a place that offers space, tranquility and peace.

A weekend for renewal, and awakening within your practice and yourself.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga will be provided by myself, we will be practicing in the beautiful Barn or grounds if weather permits. Morning Vinyasa flow, healing Hatha at lunchtime, slow gentle movements, Yin, Restorative yoga in the evening and with meditation.

Accommodation

The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfortable beds, and all are en-suite. Sharing with a friend or other mindful soul on retreat.

There are single occupancy in a double room available for £580 (limited availability) and double occupancy in twin room for £430 per person.

Delicious vegan and vegetarian food will be provided by the amazing professional chefs on-site.

Friday 11th March

Arrival to West Lexham from 16.45 onwards
16:45 – Settle in your beautiful room. Herbal tea and energy bars on arrival
17:30- 19:00 – Friday evening Gentle Yoga and Meditation
19:00 – Dinner
20:00 – Get together in the cozy Barn lounge 

Saturday 12th March

07:15 – Teas and Coffees
8:00 – Morning energising yoga flow to generate healthy warmth in the body. To feel alive and awake as Spring, the new beginning unfolds.
09:30 – Breakfast
10:30 – Walking through magical grounds, connecting to nature, and deep breathing for an internal Spring-Clean
12:30 – Lunch
13:30 – Anatomy hour – bringing a collective energy together
14:30 – Have a massage, read a book, explore the surroundings, find another loving soul to talk to or, chill in the Barn lounge
17:00 – Saturday evening meditative Yin + Restorative, Yoga Nidra, to find your centre, inner peace and awaken soul within
19:30 – Dinner

Sunday 13th March

07:15 – Teas and Coffees
08:00 – Awakening morning Mandala Vinyasa to welcome the Spring energy. Mantras, chanting, using breathing teachniques, incorporating flow uplifting  movements, with leaving the old energy and winter behind, revitalize the body and awaken your minds to the new and exciting. 
09:00 – Breakfast
10:00 – Wander in to the magical grounds of West Lexham once again of to find a place for meditation and connection. ( if weather allows ) 
12:00 – Lunch
Departure anytime after 13:00 but you can also enjoy outside space till 15:00 if you wish to.

Had a lovely day at Julia’s day retreat. Felt refreshed and energised. Completely switched off from a daily busy life. At the end of the day it felt that I had a few days away. Julia is always put an extra touch from the lovely atmosphere to a little presents. The location of the retreat was very beautiful with the well prepared vegan lunch. Being a desert lover was a well impressed by the vegan desert!
