Yoga goes much deeper. Sometimes unexpected things happen that cannot be easily explained, like healing, burst of crying, and other similar discharges of pressure. What is Yoga to Me?

For many years, Yoga has been physical exercise for me but, in recent 5 years, yoga has a totally different impact on me. It is much more than physical exercise. It allows me to create space in my body and mind and, a space between my thoughts and, my heart. It allows me to create space inside me and around me, with clear perspective, gratitude and deep understanding for others and myself.

Through meditation and daily practice, yoga helps me to quiet my mind. It stops my anxious breathing patterns and, replaces to a calm mind, more expressive communication with a clear speaking voice… So more I do yoga with a conscious breathing, the more my ‘inner voice’ is calmer. I pay attention to the quality of my voice, breathing and it teaches me more about my true identity.

So much to discover through this wonderful yoga journey. It’s also what you can transfer from the mat and your yoga practice to your daily life.

I would love everyone to experience what is possible through Yoga.
