It all happens when I arrive on the mat. Changes of more positive nature so I can cope with life challenges better. A peaceful embodiment.
Yoga creates a space for all of us. To feel more alive, to feel safe, a sense of belonging. Has ability to shift our perspective. Yoga allow us to open to new possibilitties, increases on well-being and positive mind.
My journey since I found yoga, has been truly transformational.
I teach safe, mindful and creative morning sessions online and in studios, including Towers club in Clapham, Bedford. I offer 6 regular online sessions and 3 in studios weekly. I teach Hatha, Alignment-based, Slow Vinyasa flow, Somatic, Yin and Restorative Yoga. On Workshops and Retreats, I also include Yoga Nidra – “yogic sleeps” practice.

One to One Sessions
If you are interested in a more personalised approach and to go deeper with your practice then a Private One to One Session will be for you.
One to One sessions would be tailored to your specific needs, health, body type and lifestyle.
All morning classes are flow based Vinyasa style sequences, mixture between standing, balancing, monthly focus on some challenging poses including breathing techniques and some dance, fun moves on Fridays.
A time to be quiet, a time to take your practice to deeper level, a time to relax, recharge yourself with positive energy and make new friends along the way.
Retreats offer a truly calming experience, create space for healing, self-relaxation and self-reflection and create connect with one another.
Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter the flame.
Julia has taken me on my yoga journey, from the beginning. She has a wonderful supporting approach to her teachings.
