I have been practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2018.
I teach Hatha, Alignment-based yoga, Slow flow and Mandala dynamic flow on Saturdays, Yin, Restorative and Somatic Yoga. On Workshops and Retreats, I also include Yoga Nidra style – “yogic sleeps” practice.
I offer a safe and creative sessions, with a support and space for growth and connection. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga – no matter experience, age, shape or flexibility. I offer 7 regular online sessions per week and, I also teach One to One Personalised Yoga for those who need more personalised attention to specific needs. I am based in Bedford and I mainly teach online since 1st lockdown, March 2020. Since then, I have taught over 450 online hours. So grateful for the moments we experienced together since and, really looking forward to more time on the mat together. For more discoveries, more stories, more openings through your own yoga practice while I am guiding you through and, with more sacred connections.

I am hoping that we all can enjoy this practice outdoor in the Park. My usual beautiful spot is in the Bedford Park, very close to Pavilion cafe. Register for International Yoga Day 2021 Yoga Session. You will receive a zoom link after registration so keep it in case we need for online. But, hoping we won’t need it. I will be offering as free session and, you can bring as many friends as you like and, we can all enjoy a coffee afterwards. Can’t wait to see you, and for newcomers, meet you in person.
