Yoga in the Park!
As the weather is getting warmer, it’s great way to take your yoga practice outside and explore deep connection with nature and find your balance. We have now a few sessions per week for ‘Yoga in the Park’ with a limit of 5 students to allow social distancing, so do reserve your place.
Register for Tuesday evenings, Thursday mornings and Sunday mornings Yoga in the Park sessions:
- Tuesday evening at 6.30pm – Nurturing Flow and Restore
- Thursday at 10am Alignment-based slow flow
- August Sunday Morning Gentle Flow at 10.30am.
Classes are £8 each, please pay online once registered, for monthly members, these classes are included at no additional cost.
I teach Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra in Bedford and surrounding area as well as online. My focus in each class is creating a safe and mindful practice, I believe everyone can benefit from yoga no matter experience, age, shape or flexibility.
