Yoga creates a space for all of us.

Yoga can make you feel alive, make you feel it’s all ok. Yoga is where you can feel safe, a sense of belonging. Yoga allow you to be yourself no matter how you feel. Yoga allows you to close the door from outside the world and, transports you to your inner world. Sometimes ( inner world ) can be scary but with regular practice, will open you up to love yourself again. Yoga creates a space for connecting to other mindful souls. Regular yoga increases on well-being and your positive and calming mind.

Yoga is a peaceful embodiment.

After practicing yoga for about 8 years, I made a decision to not only practice but to teach yoga and to share a knowledge to all students. Since 2018, I have been teaching in a number of yoga studios locally including CamYoga in Cambridge, I have now added my online class schedule and teaching since March 2020.

I offer safe, mindful, restorative, and nurturing sessions, as well as creative vinyasa slow flow group classes online and in studio. I hold a space for your own discovery, connection, and with my guidance I allow a space for your own self-enquiry and to evolve in your own practice. I also focus on One to One private yoga sessions for those who need more personalised approach with more specific needs. Click here if you like to know more or get in touch directly.

I offer 9 regular classes per week. 3 are in studios ( Towers Club and @Verve Wellness Studio, Bedford Heights and, the rest are online. Once a month, I offer 2-hour workshop and, Retreats. See upcoming Retreats in 2023.

I believe everyone can benefit from yoga – no matter experience, age, shape, flexibility. Yoga doesn’t care where you come from. Yoga has a magical way to connects us all. So do get in touch, share with me what you need in this moment, and what would help you in your life right now.

However, if you are more in-person person, I offer variety in-person classes in the Verve Wellness Studio,  Monday evenings and regular Sunday morning classes + Friday Restorative 

Kissing the Earth Yoga Practice 

Kissing the Earth yoga practice is a slow practice to feel every part of your body that is touching the ground and sense energetic exchange between your body and the Earth. Notice what it feels like to be completely supported with Earth’s natural healing energy. Immerse yourself into 38mins practice to feel nourished and grounded.

Support yourself with: a cushion and two yoga blocks.

Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is what you learn on the way down.

Morning Yoga

All morning classes are flow based Vinyasa style sequences, mixture between standing, balancing, monthly focus on some challenging poses including breathing techniques and some dance, fun moves on Fridays.


A time to be quiet, a time to take your practice to deeper level, a time to relax, recharge yourself with positive energy and make new friends along the way.

Retreats offer a truly calming experience, create space for healing, self-relaxation and self-reflection and create connect with one another.
