I teach Hatha, alignment-based yoga, slow and dynamic flow, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.  I am based in Bedford and I mainly teach online since 1st lockdown, since March 2020. I have now taught 400 online hours since then.

I offer drop-in group online sessions, including monthly memberships, I also focus on One to One Personalised Yoga sessions for those who need more personalised attention to specific needs.

I offer a safe and creative sessions, with a space for growth and, I believe everyone can benefit from yoga no matter experience, age, shape or flexibility.

I also teach in Club Towers on Clapham Road in Bedford on Mondays and Friday evenings when not in lockdown.
